Just select an art style, select a product (We offer a Soft copy that sent through email, Paper Posters, Framed Photo, Framed Canvas, Clocks, Desktop Souvenirs, Coffee Mug and T Shirts), add comments for the artist, if any, and simply Upload your photos or email them to us as soon as you can. You can then finalize the checkout process and you’ll receive your proof through email according to the delivery time you selected. If you need any modification, our artists will redo your picture and send the proof to you again through email. Once you confirm and satisfied in your drawing, it will be printed and sent to you as you selected. Please note that change instructions should not be beyond the scope of original instructions. However you can include additional instructions or images at an extra cost.

Ans : Payment can be made by all major credit and debit cards, UPI, 50+ Net Banking and Wallets. During the checkout process you will be diverted to the secure site of Pay U Money, one of the major online payments.All your transactions are secured with 128 bit SSL encryption and two factor authentication.

Ans : To create your artworks we need a good face shot of the subjects, the better the photo the better the outcome. We believe 2-3 good photos give us enough to work from. Along with the photos of the persons please feel free to send any pictures which you feel may help the artist in creating your masterpiece. Electronic photos are preferred. See our Photo Tips for details. You can upload the images through the ordering page. In case you wish to send more photos, you can send them after you successfully place the order. You can reply to the order confirmation email with more photos attached.

Ans :Our normal production time from the time of ordering to final completion is 4-7 working days, however if you choose express delivery, it will take only 2-4 working days. Once the artwork is produced we will send it to you for approval, if you want any changes we will try and implement them, it will take another 1-2 days to complete the revision. However if the changes and revisions are minor, it can be done sooner. Once we have a final artwork we will print (if you opt so) and ship it. Sometimes we get busy with large orders and it may take longer than 72 hrs. We can also cater for urgent orders, in these cases it is best to call or email us with your requirements. If you need your order for a certain date, it is best to call or email us beforehand to confirm the time frame.

Ans : Yes, we do send the artwork for approval before it is sent to production. You can review the artwork and suggest any changes if you want. The artwork will be sent to production, only when you approve it. Once approved, no change requests will be appreciated. The delivery of the product may get delayed than expected date of delivery depending on the changes required.

Ans : Our artists are skilled and qualified professionals, and they have been creating the artworks for years. All of our artworks are drawn to a great likeness and to your description so we're sure you will love the result. In the rare case that you’re not happy with the artwork we will do our utmost to work with you until you are happy with it.

Ans :  Very few modifications like, changing the colour of the dress, colour of the background is possible. However, a complete change in the dresses, backgrounds, pose etc will not be entertained. Don’t worry; we have Custom Artwork option for you

Ans :  We have more than 1000 pre designed caricature themes that suits all gifting occasions. However we can draw custom caricatures to any specification, you ask and we will deliver. You are only limited by your imagination. For other home décor services, we will be referring your image only i.e as it is like the photos provided. Again if you need an art style or any custom artwork, please drop an email or fill out the form in our Custom Artwork section and our artists will and create a stunning artwork for you.

Ans :  We send only Soft Copies and printed artworks and  NOT the original file. All our services are artist created using traditional and digital drawing techniques. Once your artwork is drawn and approved, it will be printed to the product of your choice.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of personalised gifts unless the products are faulty. Please contact us and we will try to solve the problem.

Ans : If you find any fault with the products you ordered, just mail the photograph of the product at order@gifterman.in and send the product back to us; we will replace your order with no questions asked. But the product has to be sent back within seven days of receiving it.

Ans : If in case you are not satisfied even after multiple revisions, you can always cancel the order. However a minimum of Rs.500 per artwork face will be charged to partly cover the cost of the effort, and rest of the amount returned in 5-7 working days.

Ans : Electronic artworks are sent via email so you can print them yourself, have them printed locally or share them socially. Posters, Frames, Coffee mugs, Clocks, T shirts and canvas prints are sent in protective packaging.

Ans : We are partnered with leading courier companies including, Fedex, DTDC and India Speed Post.The service provider will vary depends on your location. You will be provided with the tracking ID, once the product is shipped. You can track your order through our website

Ans : Presently no. However, you can place order for Soft copy artworks from outside India.
